For the Economy category and Apartment for 6 rooms, the price is shown without breakfast, because these rooms are equipped with a kitchen. If interested, breakfast can be ordered for 150 CZK/person and day.

Cancellation Policy
The hotel reception is entitled to charge cancellation fees for individual orders under the following conditions:
• reservation confirmed in writing or by e-mail can be canceled without cancellation fee only in writing or by e-mail not later than 3 days before the date of arrival;
• reservations canceled less than 3 days before the date of arrival or in case of No-Show 100% of the first night will be charged as a cancelation fee;

The hotel reception is entitled to charge cancellation fees for groups of 15 people or more under the following conditions:
• if the reservation is canceled 15 to 3 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% of first night of the reserved accommodation will be charged;
• if the reservation is canceled less than 3 days before the date of arrival, or on the day of arrival, or during the stay, a cancelation fee of 100% of the total price of the canceled accommodation will be charged.

In case of cancellation due to occurrence of unavoidable events (act of god) (such as death in family, hospitalization of the customer or a family member, serious illness, natural disaster), the cancellation fee is not charged. However, the customer is obliged to prove to the hotel reception the occurrence of such unavoidable events (act of god) in writing within 3 days from such event.

In case of cancellations for other serious reasons, it is possible to mutually agree on the change of reservation date.

The hotel reception is entitled to use the already paid reservation deposit or to charge the client´s debit or credit card in order to set off the cancellation fee.

If the already paid reservation deposit exceeds the cancelation fee according to the above cancelation policy terms, the hotel is obliged to refund to the customer the amount exceeding the charged cancellation fee.
